Q: Where ITZIPTECH Technology IT Services Limited is based in? What is the workforce?

We are located in Jaipur Rajasthan state, India also we have sales offices in London and USA. We have more than 80 + employees spread all over world.

We have started with website Design and Development and now Mobile Development are our core competencies. Eight years ago, we started as a web design and Development Company, and we have developed a few hundreds of web application solutions for clients from different industry domains.

We are glad to provide ongoing support. Nevertheless, the charges depend vary from technology and project. You may ask this once the project size and scope is defined or we have some prepaid support plans you drop mail at sales@ITZIPTECH.in

We do not include penalty clause in the proposal as it cannot be declared. It is highly doubtful event. The deadline of the project is met by ITZIPTECH Technology in almost all the cases provided and mostly we experienced there is a delay from clients' side for many valid reasons.

Yes, it totally depends if the project requires it and where our resource are present, we will be happy send over the representative onsite for initial start. However, in case where our office is not present in your city/country and if the project is big, we may visit your place from our corporate office and all expenses are sponsored by you.

We follow strong process to ensure the quality, security and ownership of the project. We use black box testing. As we are ISO certified company we have dedicated department for QA and QC that takes care of every project under the process. Right from functionality testing to system and Unit to integration testing, everything is confirmed 'OK' before deliver over the final product to the client.

Yes we have very define Service level agreement before sign off by you we never start any work.

We have 4 pricing models that have been designed something in mind the needs and requirements of our company. Our four pricing models are: Fixed model, Time and material, Dedicated Resources and Milestone-based model. The purpose of having these flexible models is to suit to the budget you have planned.

Our company work online project management system through which you would be able to track the daily tasks and the progress of your project development team. In the PMS, you can assign tasks and can upload and download documents. You can communicate with developers via different IMs like Gtalk, Skype, etc. and through e-mail phone etc.

The clients completely own the IP rights. The source code, brand name, reusability of the code etc. is handed over to the clients by ITZIPTECH IT SERVICES LIMITED once final payment of the total cost of project development is paid.
